Shipping and Returns Policies
Vision Tech America, Inc ships our products to the United States, Canada, and most international countries. Shipping fees are based on the actual weight and dimension of the order.
- Any orders for in-stock items usually ship on the same business day.
- Please allow up to 6 business days for delivery of in-stock items.
- Entire order will be packaged and shipped together unless there is any backorder.
- Regarding any backorder, Vision Tech America will notify you with an estimated time of delivery for the product
- Vision Tech America mostly ships products via FedEx Ground or USPS unless a customer requires a specific shipping carrier.
- Expedited Shipping such as Overnight, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air can be arranged upon Customer’s request.
- Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to California.
- Vision Tech America customer will receive an email notification of the shipment with tracking information if available.
- Any applicable duties, tariffs and taxes can be applied for international customers.
Vision Tech America is located in Fullerton, California and it will be free for any local pickup. It will take up to 1 business day to prepare for a pick-up once a customer receives a confirmation.
The default shipping method for all orders within the U.S. is through FedEx Ground or USPS. The published rates of FedEx and USPS will be applied. Customers should be able to see the shipping rates when they check out any order from Shopping Cart. For any large order, please feel free to contact Vision Tech America directly and ask for a shipping quote.

Returns For Refund
- You can return any new and unused product within 30 days of receipt of your product.
- If it is not returned in new, original condition or the purchase is older than 30 days, a return authorization is required. Please go to <Support> and select <Get Warranty> to process the Return Authorization.
- The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange, if using Vision Tech America provided return shipment label for postage.
- The refund takes 3-5 days to process.
Returns For Exchange
- You can exchange any new and unused product within 30 days of receipt of your product.
- There is no restocking fee within 30 days of receipt of your product, however the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the product back.
- The shipping fee will be deducted from your exchange, if using Vision Tech America provided return shipment label for postage.
- If it is not exchanged in new, original condition or the purchase is older than 30 days, a return authorization is required. Please go to <Support> and select <Get Warranty> to process the Return Authorization.
- Any products which have been installed is considered used and cannot be returned.
- Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
